Shipping policy
Thank you so much for supporting Dimensional Art — it really does mean the world to me! Here's everything you need to know about how I get your order safely to your door.
📦 Where I Ship
I currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, and you can typically expect your order to arrive within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch. I aim to dispatch orders promptly, usually within 1–2 working days of your order being placed.
Please note that during busy periods (such as Christmas or Valentine's Day), delivery times may be slightly longer — I'd always recommend ordering a little early just in case!
💌 How I Package Your Order
I take great care to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition:
- Cards are sent in cardboard-backed envelopes to keep them flat and protected during transit.
- Tote bags are dispatched via 48 Hours Tracked delivery, so you can keep an eye on exactly where your order is.
- All items are packaged with love and care — because your order deserves to arrive looking its best!
💷 Postage Costs — And Our £3.50 Cap!
I believe postage should be fair and transparent, which is why you'll never pay more than £3.50 for postage at Dimensional Art — no matter how much you order!
Here's how postage is calculated based on the weight of your order:
| Order Weight | Postage Cost |
|---|---|
| 0 – 100g | £1.80 |
| 100 – 200g | £3.00 |
| 200g – 2kg | £3.50 |
| Over 2kg | £3.50 |
So whether you're treating yourself to a single card or stocking up on a few favourites, your postage will always be capped at £3.50. 🎉
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Tote bags are sent via a tracked service, so you'll be able to follow your parcel's journey. For other items sent via standard Royal Mail, tracking may not always be available — but rest assured I pack everything carefully to ensure safe delivery.
